Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Torra Performance Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate,” “you”) participating in the Torra Performance Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Affiliate Benefits

As an approved Affiliate, you will receive:

  1. One (1) free product delivery per month for use in creating promotional content.

  2. A unique discount code to share with your audience.

  3. 10% commission on each sale made using your unique code.

2. Commission & Payments

  • Commissions are calculated on the total sale value (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).

  • Payments will be made monthly via your integrated payment method once commissions reach a minimum payout threshold of £20.00.

  • Returned or refunded orders will not generate commission.

3. Programme Term & Review

  • The programme runs for an initial 2-month period from the effective date.

  • At the end of the 2-month period, both parties will review the performance and relationship.

  • Following the review, the Program will either:
    a) Continue on a rolling month-to-month basis; or
    b) Be cancelled with no further obligation.

  • Torra Performance reserves the right not to continue if the Program is not financially viable (e.g., product being provided but minimal or no sales generated through the Affiliate’s code).

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Create and share authentic promotional content on your social channels using our product.

  • Use only your assigned discount code when promoting.

  • Follow all applicable advertising laws, including disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., “#ad” or “#affiliate”).

5. Termination

  • After the initial 2-month term, either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Torra Performance may terminate immediately for breach of terms, misuse of the programme, or damage to brand reputation.

6. General

  • This Agreement does not create an employment or agency relationship.

  • We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

By joining the Torra Performance Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
