A three-hour team endurance race combining outdoor running, indoor machine work, and wildcard scoring windows. Teams accumulate points continuously across three rounds.

The race runs for 3 continuous hours, split into three one-hour rounds. There are no scheduled breaks.

At the start of each hour, all athletes complete a 5.2km outdoor run.
Once an athlete finishes, they move directly into machine work.
Each round closes with a Wildcard Window, applied at the end. -
Yes. All athletes must complete the run at the start of each round for their team to score full run points.

- Machines: Points per 100 metres, combined at team level

Yes. The event will be filmed and photographed, and athletes on confirmed teams will receive access to event content.

Athletes on confirmed teams will be invited to test Torra’s lactic acid buffer capsules and supporting products in the lead-up to event day.

Tie-break procedures will be confirmed prior to race day and communicated directly to teams.

The winning team will receive a £1000 cash prize, awarded to the top-ranked team at the end of the event.
